Let Lifestyle transform your conservatory into the year round room you’ve always wanted and replace that existing tired plastic roof with a tiled affect roof that matches your house roof.
Is your current conservatory giving you wasted space that you can only use at certain times of the year or is your current roof looking tired and dated? We now offer a beautifully styled and well engineered replacement conservatory roof option that meet Local Authority Building Control standards.
Unlike a conventional PVCu conservatory roof our ‘SupaLite’ and ‘Guardian Performance Composite Replacement Roof (PCRR) is more like a conventional extension roof system with roof tiles affect outer and an internal solid finish in either plastic or plasterboard. It gives various roof tile options/ colours and even permits the use of ‘Velux’ roof windows or sky-lights.
UP TO 90% WARMER IN WINTER AND 70% COOLER IN SUMMER.
Lifestyle’s PCRR solid roof is only marginally heavier than its glazed counterpart and it conforms to Building Regulations in respect of structural and thermal performance whereas conventional conservatory roofs do not. Arriving on-site in a semi-prefabricated form, this replacement conservatory roof ensures minimal disruption and a faster and more efficient installation process than most other replacement roof system.
We offer a range of UV protected roof tiles in several finishes and in a variety of different colours so your new roof can be uniquely styled or matched to your existing house tiles. The roof system also has concealed ventilation through the eaves, ridge and wall plate ensuring the structure breaths properly.
